(tradesman) Public Liability Insurance

This comprehensive Master Tradesman Policy is for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies in the building and allied trades. Cover incorporates Public Liability Limits of £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000.

The special features of this policy, also include a large variety of acceptable trades, cover for sub contractors, and indemnity to principle and injury to working partners.

Employees (a legal requirement )

All small firms should carry Public Liability Insurance, in order to protect themselves, and for those with Employees it is a "legal requirement" to have Employers Liability Insurance cover in place. The Limits are £10,000,000 as standard, which includes temporary employees.

This tradesman insurance covers most manual trades.

Cover can be extended to include various extras (tools and goods in transit, temporary employee’s, business interruption and property all risks cover are but a few) enabling you to create a comprehensive policy to suit your individual needs. The policy is flexible. It allows for the increase / decrease in staff. The limit of indemnity, can be increased, sometimes needed to secure that all-important contract, through out the period of insurance.
